100 Days In Office: Congratulatory Message From Vice-Chancellor CUSTECH Osara
Your Excellency, we at the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara are glad to be part of those celebrating your first 100 days in office as the Executive Governor of Kogi State. Overtime, “100 DAYS IN OFFICE” is a coinage used to measure and awaken incremental consciousness of political leaders who are saddled with the responsibility of steering the affairs of government.
Today, we at CUSTECH, Osara stand tall, bold and super excited to salute His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo who within his 100 DAYS IN OFFICE has added spice to the ivory tower by:
(i) Awarding the contract of 350 Rooms each for both male and female students. The contractors are already on site and working with the speed of the cheetah to deliver the work without any delay.
(ii) Awarded the Electrification of CUSTECH, Osara on the 33 KVA all the way from Okene. To add icing on the cake, the 7.5 MVA Transformers are already on ground for this job.
(iii) All the ongoing projects before the advent of His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo have been given a face-lift as they are all at advanced stage ready to be handed over by the contractors. The projects are namely: Faculty of Science and Computing, the University Library, the Senate Building, Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences.
On behalf of the Management Team, Staff and Students of CUSTECH, Osara, I, Engr. Prof. Abdulrahaman Asipita Salawu, do hereby proudly identify with our young, vibrant, energetic and purpose driven Governor of Kogi State, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo as he successfully reached 100 DAYS IN OFFICE.
Indeed tomorrow is not just here but visibly here. I want to salute your courage of matching your words with actions in this 100 DAYS IN OFFICE. It is my singular honour and privilege to commend you strongly for your consistency, resiliency, frugality, transparency and inclusiveness inherent in all you have done and will continue to do for the betterment of our dear state and especially the educational sector where CUSTECH as an institution belongs.
We pray for Godspeed for you even as you continue to wax stronger to deliver the dividends of democracy to the entire citizens of Kogi State.
