Kogi Assembly Screens Alhaji Mabo Kasim as Secretary to State Electricity Regulatory Commission

The Kogi State House of Assembly has screened and confirmed a former Lokoja Local Government Chairman, Hon (Alhaji) Mabo Kasim as the Secretary of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission.

The screening and confirmation took place during the day’s plenary as two others, Professor Abdulkarim Ibrahim and Meliga Enema Michael were also confirmed as Commissioners in the Commission in charge of Legal and Engineering, Performance and Monitoring respectively.

The screening, which attracted huge crowd, took place amid the current mourning mood by the Assembly over the death of the former Deputy Speaker of the House, Rt Hon Enema Paul.
