tasked staff of the Agency on the need to work together to promote unity in CSDA.
He made this known in agency’s banquet hall in Lokoja during a surprise birthday celebration organized by Management and Staff of the Agency.
Mallam Momoh who was overtly overwhelmed by the show of love, charged them to continue in the spirit of magnanimity, unity and love. In his words” We will work together to promote unity in CSDA”.
He called for the spirit of commitment among staff of the Agency, stating that the work in the CSDA should not only revolve round the General Manager alone, but that every staff should be able to take responsibility in their various departments and units.
The GM told Management and staff that their demonstration of love for him is a kind of family that should exist in every good organization.
He stressed the need for Management and staff to imbibe the spirit of obedience to constituted authorities and urged the Senior Management to carry the junior staff along so that the junior staff would be obliged to respect the senior Management. According to him, “love goes with obedience”.
The CSDA boss commended the departmental heads of the Agency and gave a thumb up for all workers of the Agency for their unalloyed cooperation.
He therefore promised to continuously work harmoniously with the Agency in order to move the organisation forward.
Earlier, All the departmental heads gave their goodwill messages intimated the celebrant that the Management and staff of the Agency considered it apt and deserving to honour and celebrate the General Manager on his birthday anniversary as a show of love for his visionary leadership since he assumed office.
In his own remarks, Engr. Bayode Oladipo spoke gloriously about the General Manager and his uncommon leadership style, saying that the management and staff have decided to honour and celebrate the General Manager on his birthday anniversary as a show of love for his visionary leadership.
The colourful events witnessed both Islamic and christian prayers offered by Mallam Suleiman Gimba and Pastor Solomon Okpanachi.
