Asiwaju Ahmed BolaTinubu Will Score 75% Votes In Kogi – Dr. Tom Ohikere
Former Commissioner of Information, Kogi State and a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Dr. Tom Ohikere has said his party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu will score over 75% votes in Kogi State.
Dr. Ohikere who is the chief promoter of BATIFIED Roundtable and Executive Director of Good Governance Campaign of Tinubu/Shetima Independent Grassroots Campaign Council, gave the assurance recently in Lokoja, the state capital.
Ohikere stated that Tinubu’s past records and competence will be an added advantage to his victory in kogi state.
Ohikere noted that he was overwhelmed by the massive turn out of the electorate at the just concluded rally held in Lokoja, saying it was a testimony that Kogi is APC state.
He said the issue of mandatory 25% would not arise in Kogi State, insisting that the state, if not hundred percent, would deliver over 75% votes to the APC in the February 25, 2023 presidential and National Assembly elections.
According to him, ” the capacity, competence and God-fearing attitude of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has become his electoral fortune that will beat any candidate any day” .
He further said that the APC is a sellable brand as its administration in the last seven years has been superlative, as all abandoned projects by the PDP failed administration in the country were all completed by Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
According to him,” the APC government completed Itakpe- Warri rail projects, which were hitherto labelled as white elephant projects by the past government.
On the coming elections, Dr. Ohikere, said with the assurance from INEC to conduct free, fair and credible elections, the APC is more than prepared to coast to victory.
