DE-Greater Height Front(DE-GHF) Pays Courtesy Visit On New Managing Director/CEO, Graphic Newspaper

De-Greater Height Front, DE-GHF, has paid a solidarity visit to the newly appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Graphic newspaper at his office in lokoja, saying it’s an appointment well deserved
The delegation of DE-GHF Members,ably led by the President, Alh.Ibrahim Isa Amoka, paid a Felicitation visit to the newly appointed Managing Director/CEO of the Kogi State Publishing Corporation, Publisher of, THE GRAPHIC NEWSPAPER,Comr.Jimoh Itopa, in his office on Thursday 4th July 2024, the high point of the visit was the presentation of (DE-GHF)Congratulatory letter by the President to the MD/CEO.

Welcoming them, the Managing Director/Chief Executive officer, Yusuf Jimoh Itopa said he was highly elated with the visit, saying it evokes a lot of past memories.
According to him, he was very proud to be associated with the group, stressing that the position he currently holds comes with a huge responsibility.
He assured them that he will not disappoint them while discharging his duties as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the state owned Newspaper.
Mr. Itopa informed De-GHF that the challenges before him as the new MD/CEO were enormous, promising to live up to expectations and even beyond it, despite daunting challenges.
He therefore commended the group for the visit, saying that he will always need their prayers and support to enable him succeed and also urged them to keep this spirit of partnership.
Earlier, the President of the Association (DE-GHF), Alhaji Ibrahim Isa-Amoka who is a former chairman of Nigerian Union of Journalists, NUJ, and the immediate past Clerk of the Kogi State House of Assembly, said they were there to celebrate and congratulate him over his new appointment as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Graphic newspaper.
According to the president, “We felicitate with you as the appointment given to you is well deserved in view of your track records of experience in journalism, public and civil service affairs and pray that Almighty God in his infinite mercies guarantee your maximum protection, strength, good health and wisdom to pilot the affairs of the corporation to a greater heights”.
” As a poet and Veteran journalist of repute, we have no doubt in our mind that you will definitely bring your wealth of experience to bear in discharging the responsibilities of the new appointment with fairness, equity and justice”,he stressed.
He added, that De-Greater Height Front is a club that seeks to partner in the development and progress of kogi central Senatorial District, in particular, kogi state and Nigeria at large”.
