Dr. Gabriel Ottah Congratulates Gov. Ododo On Attaining Impactful 100 Days In Office

The immediate past Special Adviser to the Governor of Kogi State on Education, Dr Gabriel Ottah, has congratulated Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on his 100 days in office as Governor.
In a statement released by Dr Ottah on Tuesday stated that said God brought Alhaji Usman Ododo as governor of Kogi state to consolidate on the tremendous and impactful achievements of the former Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
He emphasized that Governor Ododo has hit the ground running by sustaining the free education policy established by his predecessor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
He further stressed that most of the final year students got their WAEC registration fees paid by the Ododo-led administration, noting that he has touched the lives of Kogites through distribution of palliatives across the twenty-one local government areas.
Dr Ottah added that Governor Ododo’s recent visit to Omala to personally interact with victims and the people was an indication of his readiness to bring lasting peace to the people in Agojeju-Odo and Bagana in Omala local government area.
While acknowledging that it was too early to properly conclude on His Excellency’s performance, Dr Ottah, a public speaker and media scholar, said Ododo’s steps were indications of positive development.
According to him, “the workers in state has experienced full payment of salaries across board in April, a feat that puts Governor Ododo in the good books of objective critics within and outside the state.
The Governor had also announced plans of his administration to upgrade the airstrip in Adoga, Ajaokuta to a modern airport in the state. This would be the first ever airport in the Confluence State.
He however prayed to God to continue to grant the governor the wisdom and strength to move the state forward.
