Establishment Of Kogi State University In Okunland : Provost COE, Technical, Kabba Commends Gov. Yahaya Bello

The Provost of College of Education, Technical, Kabba, Mrs Victoria Jagboro has expressed gratitude to Governor Yahaya Bello for his courage and determination in fulfilling the desires of the people of Okunland of having a university.
According to the press statement issued recently, stated ” It was a moment of joy when the information came in especially with the subsequent approval of the institution by the Nigeria Universities Commission (NUC) to operate as the 62nd State owned University in Nigeria.
She noted with happiness the good intention of Governor Yahaya Bello to leave an indelible marks before the end of his tenure, saying that he has written his name in gold.
She also said the new university would be forever be remembered by the people of Okunland because it will ease the educational advancement and bring enormous socio-economic transformation to the environment.
She also commend the Executive Governor and Kogi state government for the speed at which the university was approved within the shortest possible time .
In her words, “We joined thousands of the people of Okunland to sincerely show our appreciations to Governor Yahaya Bello for this kind gesture”.
