Hon. (Dr) Taufiq A. Isa Conferred with Chieftaincy Title as the “Atuluse of Igbaruku Oke-Ere”

The Director General of the Kogi State Utility Infrastructure Management and Compliance Agency, Hon. (Dr) Taufiq A. Isa, was today conferred with the prestigious chieftaincy title of Atuluse of Igbaruku Oke-Ere Kingdom by His Royal Highness, Oba Engr. J.O. Babalola, the Onigbaruku of Igbaruku land.
This honour was bestowed upon him during the 2025 Igbaruku-Oke-Ere Day celebration in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the community and humanity at large.
In his remarks, His Royal Highness showered encomiums on Hon. Taufiq for his unwavering commitment to the development and progress of the community. He emphasized that the conferment of the title Atuluse—meaning “Community Developer”—was a unanimous decision by the people, appreciating Hon. Taufiq’s impact and service.
In his appreciation speech, Hon. Taufiq expressed heartfelt gratitude to the royal father, community leaders, and the good people of Igbaruku for deeming him worthy of the honour. He reaffirmed his dedication to continually support initiatives that drive growth and improve the lives of the people. He also thanked the organizers and elders and made a generous donation towards the construction of a community.
