“I am Optimistic That Tribunal Will Afirm Gov. Ododo’s Victory”, Hon. Haruna Ganaja Declares
- Governor Ododo closes defense today
APC chieftain, Hon. Haruna Ganaja today re-expressed optimism that Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo will be victorious at the end of the legal hurdle that has greeted the victory of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo since his election as Governor of Kogi State.
“The way it went today in court, that is how it should be. Our lawyers were on top of the game. His Excellency is really a man that is dynamic, his lawyers are dynamic like him. The way His Excellency closed his defense today is highly commendable. We are very happy and very confident that with the way it went today, His Excellency Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo will win this tribunal case.
“We have been saying it from Day One that the people who took this election to court have no any case. His Excellency Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo won the election fair and square and today as we closed our defense, we have been able to prove it beyond doubt that the petitioners are in fact wasting the time of the Justices with this case. I predict victory for His Excellency Ahmed Usman Ododo. We the good people of Kogi State gave him the mandate since November 11, 2023, we know and we are sure the mandate shall be affirmed by the court,” Hon. Haruna Ganaja said.
