Joseph Eleojo Amedu Weds Princess Aishat Umar In Grandstyle

It was a moment of joy, honour and great excitement, as Joseph Eleojo Amedu and his heart throb, Princess Aishat Umar walked down the altar to exchange their marriage vows, as husband and wife on Saturday, 24th August , 2024 at the Redeemed Christian Church of God Zion Cathedral, RCCG, Lokoja.

Meanwhile, the couple, Princess Aishat and Joseph earlier had their colourful and thrilling traditional wedding on Friday , 23rd August, 2024. This was also an atmosphere of true love and sincere affection for the two young inseparable lovers.

Infact, the marriage between these two love birds can be best described as a unique Union of bliss.

The church wedding occasion, attracted personalities from all walks of life which turned out in large number to grace the eventful ceremony.

It was indeed a remarkable occasion, as the beautiful bride, adorned in her white flowing wedding gown and her young handsome husband popularly called ‘ Oil Money’ in black suit, stepped into the church premises with smiling faces complemented with fulfillment.

Most striking and interesting was the wedding reception held at Cathedral catholic banquet hall, Lokoja, which was another great moment of excitement, as the couple displayed their first dance step, openly professing true love for each other to the admiration of the guests.

It was fun all through, as the parents of the groom, veteran Journalist and treasurer of Correspondents chapel of NUJ, kogi state council, Elder Joe Amedu danced along with the couple with happiness and pride that every responsible parent desires in life.

Also, many dignitaries within and outside the country graced the wedding occasion, showering encomiums on the parents of the bride and groom for proper upbringing of their children.

Among the dignitaries were the chairman of the occasion, Pharmacist Peter Yakubu IDUH, Managing Director/CEO, famous IDUH PHARMACY in Lokoja, the former Chairman of Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Mr. Emmanuel Omata, the Vice chairman of Nigeria union of Journalists, NUJ, kogi state council,Comrade ibrahim Obansa and the State Secretary of the union, Olusegun Aiyedero alongside other notable members of the union.
