The Director General, Media and Publicity of Ododo-Joel Campaign organization, Evangelist Kingsley Femi Fanwo has assured electorates and the entire people of kogi state that they will never regret having Ahmed Usman Ododo as the next Governor of kogi state.
Hon. Fanwo disclosed this while addressing newsmen at Reverton Hotel on Tuesday conveying heartfelt gratitude to the people of kogi state, Leaders and members of the party for their unflinching support throughout the election period.
He said despite the reported attacks by supporters of the social Democratic party,SDP in kogi eastern senatorial district, with the support of the people, the ruling APC Still emerged.
The Director General further accused the Governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Sen. Dino Melaye of hacking the INEC server, calling for his immediate arrest and prosecution.
He also alleged that the SDP Governorship candidate, Murtala Ajaka was behind the mastermind of violence and killings of APC supporters in Koton-karfe and Anyingba before and during the Governorship election.
According to him, “SDP Governorship candidate entered into the contest with a predetermination to unleashed violence attack on our supporters across kogi east and to deliberately destroy APC votes in the senatorial district,” he said.
He however noted that the campaign council received all the reports of all deliberate attacks in all the local government areas in kogi east , saying they have all the facts”,he said.
“He therefore commended the security operatives in the state who came to the rescue of our teaming supporters from the devilish hands of SDP and Murtala Ajaka in kogi east”.
He said with victory of the Governor-Elect, Ahmed Usman Ododo, he will continue to consolidate on the achievements of Gov. Yahaya Bello to restore peace in the State noting that such vision will be achieved if everyone come together.
According to him, “the number of innocent lives wasted before and during Governorship election is alarming, and said the APC will ensure that justice is done to bring the culprits to book.
He assured kogi people not to be panick by the litigation threat from the opposition parties, assuring that no person will ever subvert the mandate given to APC,Ododo”.
He further said APC is working as a team and has the capacity to restore lasting peace, and continue to secure the economy of the state, while describing Ahmed Ododo as choice of kogi people.
