Kogi Deputy Governor cleared to contest Governorship Race

The current Deputy Governor of kogi state, Elder Edward David Onoja, has been cleared by the 2023 Electoral Committee of the National Working Committee of APC.
Before his clearance, Elder Edward Onoja and 17 others were screened earlier in Abuja.
Releasing the result of the screening exercise on Tuesday , the screening Committee; signed that Elder Edward Onoja was amongst the 13 persons cleared to contest the election whilst five persons were disqualified.
The April, 2023 governorship primary elections will see a new branded candidate of the ruling party and may possibly take over from Gov. Yahaya Bello that has excellently Governed the Confluence state for about eight years.
