Kogi Governorship Campaign Flag-Off : APC stakeholders storm Lokoja

STAKEHOLDERS of the All Progressive’s Congress,APC arrived the confluence state, kogi state capital Sunday to witnessed the flag-off of the party’s Governorship Campaign.
They include the Vice President, Kashim Shetima, The National Chairman of APC, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, Governor of Ogun state who is National chairman, Campaign council of kogi state Governorship campaign council, Gov Dapo Abiodun, among others.
The host, Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello who was on hand to receive the delegations at the Lugard House, Lokoja expressed delight to host of the campaign flag-off.
Gov. Bello thanked the leadership of the Party for entrusting him and other members of the state campaign council with the task of driving the APC and Ahmed Ododo Governorship bid.
He assured the party of their preparedness for a grand rally to launch the APC to victory, adding that the outstanding performances by APC Governors have given impetus to the party.
“Let me thank APC for the confidence they have in us. If you see the whole affairs of the party is piloted by the governors. It’s a whole confidence in us that the party can derive the strength from what the governors are doing in different states.
“Talking about how prepared we are, be rest assured this will be one of the best,” governor Bello assured.
Speaking, The chairman of the National campaign council, Gov Dapo Abiodun of Ogun state who said the Governorship Campaign flag-off in Lokoja would be a kick- off of APC’s celebration of the November 2023 victory, stressed that with Governor Yahaya Bello, the party anticipate’s a great and exciting outing.
Similarly, The National Chairman of APC, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Danguje reaffirmed the party’s confidence in his leadership ability, saying, “we are very pleased and proud of Gov. Bello and the APC candidate in kogi state, we couldn’t have made a better choice as a party than Ododo”.
“Kogi people will soon come to terms with the correctness in the choice of Ahmed Usman Ododo as the right and perfect choice as governorship candidate in kogi state.
