Kogi LG Polls: Lokoja Youth, Women Groups Adopt Comrade Abdullahi Adamu As Next Chairman

AHEAD of the Kogi State Local Government election, the youth and Women groups in Lokoja Local Government Area of the State have unanimously adopted Hon. Abdullahi Adamu of APC as its sole candidate.
The decision was taken on the heels of reflecting unity, strength, and confidence in Comrade Abdullahi Adamu amongst all the contestants in Lokoja Local Government Area, ” the youth and women have resoundingly embraced Hon. Abdullahi Adamu as their sole candidate for the upcoming local government general elections.
The decision was made in a consensus agreement by Youth movement for good governance, YMGG, and Lokoja Women Advancement, LWA, on Wednesday affirming Hon. Abdullahii unwavering dedication and exceptional service to the party and community.
Highlighting his long-standing commitment and the profound ability to mobilize the grassroots, leaders who were visibly seen excitedly applauded his choice and attributed it to his impeccable character and significant contributions to the party.
They maintained that Hon. Abdullahii Adamu endorsement stands as a testament to his proven leadership and extensive experience within the party.
Speaking, the Youth leader, Tijanni Sani Yakubu and Hajia Memunat Isa said it was unanimously agreed that Hon. Abdullahi candidacy symbolizes a winning choice in lokoja LGA. His track record as a grassroots mobilizer and his previous role as a Supervisor, SSA and caretaker chairman experience will effectively represent the mandate of the communities in the LGA at higher levels.
He therefore urged all party faithful to respect the decision made unanimously by the two major groups in Lokoja community.
