Kogi State Govt. Appoints New traditional rulers, Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, Maigari of Lokoja, Mayaki Of Kupa, Deposed Ohimege Igu Koton-karfe

The Kogi State Government has announced the appointment of new traditional rulers to fill the vacant stools of Ohinoyi of Ebiraland and Maigari of Lokoja.
The newly appointed monarchs include Alhaji Anaje and Alhaji Gambo Muhammadu Kabir. Others are the new Mayaki of Kupa and Salihu Akawu was appointed as the new Ohimege Igu of Koton-karfe to replace the Deposed mornach.
A statement issued by the state secretary to the government, Mrs Folashade Arike stated that the monarchs appointment was approved at the State Executive Council meeting held on Monday.
