Kogi West: NNPP Senatorial Candidate Provides Water Supply To Community.

In sustenance of Neighbourhood Water Scheme to ensure sustainable and equitable access to safe drinking water by all households of Lokoja, the Senatorial candidate of New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP, Muhammed Abubakar Ibukun aka “Bukky” has provided water supply to some communities in kogi west.
This comes barely two months after the repairs of damaged Borehole at Alheri Junction in Lokoja by Bukky.
It could be recalled that most of the boreholes in Lokoja are not functioning and NNPP candidate has decided to ensure the damage boreholes are repaired.
The development led to acute scarcity of safe drinking water in Lokoja town and the neighbouring communities making many households to rely on contaminated source of water for their daily consumption and other domestic purposes with its health implications.
The situation is different today with the resuscitation of the Boreholes embarked by Muhammed Abubakar ‘Bukky’ to ensure efficient provision of water across the Town for regular availability of water.
The quick intervention by Muhammed Abubakar Bukky is aimed at providing safe drinking water for the local populace with a view to completely eradicating water borne diseases in Lokoja .
