KPSF: Ex-Gov. Wada, Sen. Karimi, Suleman Baba Ali Backs Tinubu For Second Term

Kogi leaders under the auspices of Kogi Progressive stakeholders forum, KPSF, have reaffirmed their backing for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s bid for re-election in 2027.
The former Governor of Kogi state, Alhaji Idris Ichalla wada, Senator Sunday Karimi, and the Vice Chairman of KPSF, Alhaji Suleiman Baba Ali made this known in a separate interview conducted immediately after the endorsement of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the stakeholders engagement meeting held in Lokoja on Wednesday.
The leaders attributed their support to the substantial attention Kogi State has received in areas of infrastructure and human capital development under the Tinubu administration.
They noted that the Tinubu administration has recorded significant achievements in the state, including the dualisation of key roads like the Abuja-Lokoja-Okene and Okene-Auchi-Benin highways, as well as the rehabilitation of the Kabba-Isanlu-Egbe-Ilorin road.
“The administration has also resumed work on these projects, which will improve the lives of residents in host communities and road users nationwide.
“Additionally, the 614-kilometer Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano gas pipeline project, initiated in 2020, has achieved 75 per cent completion under President Tinubu’s watch, Kogi State is expected to benefit significantly from this project,” they said.
The leaders emphasised that Kogi has already endorsed the president and would mobilized all resources to ensure the victory president Ahmed Tinubu victory come 2027, “We will stand resolutely and support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, come rain, come shine”.
KPSF endorsement was very loud joining growing number of voices in the country supporting Tinubu’s bid for a second term in office.
