Lokoja-Kogi Rep Member, Hon. Suleiman Danladi Aguye Brightens Lokoja Community With Solar-Powered Street Light

Residents, motorists, and commuters in Adankolo community of Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State are basking in the glow of newly installed solar-powered street lights, courtesy of member representing Lokoja/Kogi Federal Constituency, Hon. Danladi Sulaiman Aguye.
The project has brought immense joy to the community and is expected to address recurring security challenges in the area.
Speaking with our correspondent, residents expressed deep appreciation for Hon. Aguye’s efforts in illuminating from Adankolo junction to Baba Samson street.
A community elder, the Madaki of Adankolo, Mallam Ndasaidu Audu, commended Aguye for reaching out to them, stressing that he had always known the lawmaker to be a good man and a promise keeper before his election as House of Representatives member, describing him as a “forthright politician”.
“I know Aguye to be a good man, a promise keeper, and a forthright politician. His electoral victory wasn’t surprising because I know he will performe. We thank him for the provision of the solar street lights to my community,” he said.
Another community leader, Musa Salihu, an indigene of Adankolo community, thanked God that he did not waste his vote, describing Aguye as an exceptional politician, and expressed his joy that Aguye had started fulfilling his electioneering promises, and would continue to get their votes as a promise keeper.
Salihu expressed his appreciation to the lawmaker on behalf of all residents of Adankolo community.
Transporters and tricycle operators also commended the development, expressing optimism that the improved visibility at night would enhance safety for all road users.They believe that Hon. Danladi Sulaiman Aguye’s initiative will help protect lives and properties, making the area more secure and conducive for everyone.
Recall that Hon. Danladi Sulaiman Aguye last week also installed solar street lights in Mallam Babatunde Junction to Karaworo street in Lokoja.
