Lokoja LGA Chairman flags off construction of Modern Security House, Old-Market Shopping Complex, Others.
The Council Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Area, Hon. Muhammed DanAsabe Muhammad has
flags off the construction of Modern Security House, Old-Market Shopping Complex and Clinic.
The ongoing security building project is to accommodate all security agents in the local government especially vigilantees and hunters, tagged , “operation, Lungu, Lungu”, while the ongoing shopping complex project at old market will provide business opportunities to lokoja traders.
Hon. DanAsabe while commencing the flagg off in Lokoja Local government Area Secretariat said that the idea of constructing the Security House is to provide adequate security measures and the Shopping Complex is to give back to the people who voted them into power.
He however promised that his administration would make sure the projects are given priority attention and ensure its completion.
“In few months, we will be coming back here to commission the projects. So, I therefore thank the vice chairman, councillors, Director of local government, Treasurer and other senior and junior staff of the local government area for their support and cooperation”.
”Everybody came together to buy into the vision, and by that singular action, we were able to raise a substantial amount needed for the construction of the structure.
”We will continue to execute projects until we leave office, the process will not abate until the entire structures are given the desired face-lift,” Council Chairman said.
The party Chairman of All Progressives Party, Lokoja local government, Hon. Maikudi Bature commended the Chairman for his ingenuity and magnanimity to his people, he described his administration as purposeful,saying his administration had culminated in the socio-economic development witnessed in the state headquarter, Lokoja.
He therefore called on the entire people of Lokoja local government to come out enmass to support and vote Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu in the coming election.
