Management, Staff Of Lokoja LGA Organises Fidau Prayers For Late Council Chairman, Hon. DanAsabe

Management and staff of Lokoja Local Government Area have organised special prayers to mark 40 day Fidau for Late Council Chairman, Mohammed DanAsabe Mohammed.
The present Director of Local Govt. Mallam Aliyu Musa Omuwa,
immediate past Director of Local Government, Engr Faruk yahaya,
the treasurer, Alhaji Ibrahim Adoga Akoriko and many staff were present at the local govt mosque on Wednesday to observed the prayer session.
The gathering had in attendance several personalities, professionals, Politicians, Islamic clerics and traditional rulers.
Muslim clerics engaged in recitation of glorious Quran, led by the Chief Imam of Lokoja, Sheik Aminu Shaban,which lasted for more than two hours.
The Chief Imam prayed fervently for the deceased. While thanking the management and staff for organising a special fidau prayer with special recitations of Holy Quran.
The Chief Imam also closed the fidau prayer with recitation of selected prayers from the Holy Quran.
The former DLG, Engr. Faruk who spoke to newsmen said he commended the management and staff of the council for organizing this important special Fidau prayer for Late Hon. Mohammed DanAsabe Mohammed who he said served as the council chairman lokoja local government diligently. He commiserated with the family and entire people of Lokoja over his untimely demise.
Similarly, the former NULGE chairman, Alhaji Jibril also said the management and staff put together the special prayers in remembrance of the late former council chairman.
