RATTAWU Confers Iliyasu Waziri With” CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE.

The Kogi state Council of Radio, Television, & Arts Workers Union (RATTAWU) on Monday conferred on Comrade Iliyasu Waziri, former NTA Lokoja chapel Chairman and Sokyako of Kakanda Kingdom,with the prestigious Excellence Award.

Presenting the award, Chairman of RATTAWU Kogi state Council, Comrade Haruna Isah Yakubu,said that the award to Comrade Waziri have became imperative taking into cognizance that he have distinguished himself by immensely contributing his quota toward the progress and uniting the union.

The Chairman noted that the award presented to Iliyasu Waziri was based on his people oriented representation during his chairmanship of the Union in NTA.

In his response, Waziri who served as the NTA Chapel chairman of the Union thanked the Union for recognizing and appreciating his contribution to the growth of Union and dedicated the award to members of the union for finding him worthy.

Waziri, who is a retired staff of NTA Lokoja, added that the award would surely served as an encouragement towards contributing to the unity of the union in the state and the country at large.
