A Youth Mobilizer and grassrooter, Hon. Idris Sonfada  on Sunday took his campaign to the largest ward in kogi state headquarters, Lokoja, where he said his principal, Murtala Ajaka’s plans is to rebuild kogi state economy, security and empower the neglected youth, if elected as governor.

Sonfada who met with those that matter in politics of Ward ‘A’,  stormed the largest ward, urging them to change the APC government which he said had been dominated by one family. Sonfada who shared his thoughts during the campaign tour said, “The challenges which have manifested themselves with regard to our state and development, as well as security trajectories, are very well-known to all of us here”.

He also reiterated Murtala Ajaka’s plans for the gains of the entire people of kogi state, especially in the area of agriculture and infrastructure.

He added, that Ajaka’s  bid will tackle the perennial challenge of insecurity and hardship the people are facing in the state.

“ What we are facing in Kogi state today is serious Insecurity, attacks by fulanis and many other oppression, Ajaka will ensure that our kogi state is not only internally safe but also not a threat to our neighbours states”.

Sonfada, urged Lokoja-koto residents to liberate themselves from the rule of a family government and replace it with the people’s government by voting for the SDP in the forthcoming elections.

“Therefore, it is time for our people of Lokoja to liberate yourself from a family government to the people’s government, and that people’s government is going to be led by Murtala Ajaka”,he stressed.

“People of Lokoja, it is high time you to take your destiny into your own hands for your future, not for the future of one family. In the last 7 and half years, you have been governed by one family and it is your right and your duty to take over that governance and hand it over to the people.

“We want a kogi state that will work for everybody. The Kogi of today is not our dreams and I urge all of you to vote for Ajaka because he will restore the kogi’s lost glory.”
