Stallion Times Media Advocates For Good Governance

Stallion Times Media has called on political office holders in the country to improve in their performances inorder to provide effective and good governance to citizens.
The call was made by the Project Director of stallion Times Media, Isiaku Ahmed during a round table discussion involving the media, Civil Society Organisation, Government and private sector in kogi state which was held at Edge Drive Hotel, lokoja on Thursday.
The theme of the workshop was “Get Involved, Dialogue and Make Improvement” funded by MacArthur Foundation is aimed at sensitising those in government and private sector so as to improve in providing basic infrastructures and basic needs to the citizens.
According to him, the project is also targeted at galvanizing citizens to be more involved in generating citizens input for budget and service delivery.
“This programme is part of the efforts put in place by Stallion Times Media to measure government’s accountability and transparency on key commitment” Ahmed said.
“It is a deliberation centred on strategies for engaging decision-makers for effective service delivery and generating citizens input for budget and good governance”
